*We slow roast the free range British chicken, before shredding by hand, then adding to the curry.

The Japanese introduced kelp into their diet over 1500 years ago but it was so sought after it was reserved for noblemen only! Well now you can enjoy this superfood too.

 

Despite kelp being a sea plant, the noodles have no taste of their own, instead absorbing the delicious flavours of our homemade thai green paste. Perfect.

 

And it's healthy stuff too. Packed with 30 minerals, kelp is especially rich in vitamins B (for energy), C and E (antioxidants for healthy blood). This superfood is also a great source of iodine which removes toxins from the body and prevents storage of excess fats. It is also virtually fat free and only 5 calories per portion.

 

Now that's what we call a super noodle!

The chicken we use in this curry is, naturally, free range. If the chickens are happy, then we're happy. (They don't look happy, but then it's hard to smile with a beak. Try it sometime.)

 

Our chicken comes from a traditional family farm in Devon where they have complete freedom to explore grassy meadows, with shelter in the form of specially constructed comfortable arcs. Bred on a simple diet and allowed to grow to greater maturity, the breeds reared are Plymouth Rock

and Cornish White.

Storage

 

Keep refrigerated below 5°C.

Once opened, consume within 2 days.

 

SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING. If freezing, consume within 3 months and allow extra time for heating.

 

 

Heating

 

MICROWAVE (850W Cat.E):

Remove sleeve and lid. Rest lid loosely on top. Heat for 3½ minutes on full power, stirring halfway through. Allow to stand for 1 minute.

As microwave powers vary, please check manufacturer's instructions.

 

HOB:

Empty contents into a saucepan.

Warm on a medium heat, stirring occasionally, until piping hot (usually 5 - 6 minutes).
