Where is Soulful Food made?

We have always made our food ourselves. Our kitchen is in Greenwich, South East London.

What makes your food Soulful?

All our food is made by us, by hand, just as you would at home.
We take care and attention in developing our recipes with wonderful ingredients to give you a proper food experience.

Obviously everything in OUR VEGAN RANGE is Vegetarian.
Plus all our Mac & Cheese range is suitable for Vegetarians.

Most of our products are Gluten Free!
If you browse our range on THIS PAGE, you will see underneath each product whether it is Gluten Free or not.

Dairy free?

All OUR VEGAN RANGE is, obviously, also Dairy Free!

What food do you serve at events?

We serve up a rotating selection of our OnePots, including Vegan and Gluten Free options, as well as some specials. We also serve tea, coffee, fresh juice and smoothies. Sometimes we will even do a Breakfast Menu too, including our tasty Soulful BrunchPots!

I'm planning an event. Can you serve Soulful Food there?

Thanks for thinking of us! Our airstream trailer has been to all sorts of events, from massive concerts to private parties.

Soulful OnePots

What's a OnePot?

A one pot meal is basically any meal that can be prepared in one pot.
Our Soulful OnePots are a square meal in a round tub. You don't need to add anything: just heat and eat!
Each balanced recipe provides everything you need for a wholesome, nutrient-rich, satisfying meal, including either grains, pulses or noodles, packed with slow releasing energy to see you through the day.

Where can I buy them?

Our list of stockists* can be found HERE.
* Well, the ones we know about! Lots of farm shops and delis are provided with stock via wholesalers, so we don't always find out. So if you see them anywhere that ISN'T listed, please let us know!

Is Soulful packaging recyclable?

Yes, both the plastic pots and our card sleeves are recyclable.
Better still, there are lots of ways to re-use an empty OnePot!

Are your OnePots & Soups freezable? Microwaveable?

Yes! And yes! They are ideal for keeping in the freezer (for up to 3 months) for those 'too late to cook' emergencies.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to most of the UK mainland but unfortunately our chilled delivery courier can’t reach some more remote areas of picturesque Scotland and the Islands. When will my Soulful Food arrive?

We deliver next day Tuesday - Friday for orders placed by noon. Delivery time is between 9am and 5pm, but you'll receive a text or email on the morning with a 1 hour window.

How much is P&P?

It's FREE for a box of any 12 OnePots/Soups! A box of any other quantity is £10.

What if I'm not in?

The courier will leave your package in a safe place. You can specify this safe place when placing your order. You will receive a one hour delivery slot on the morning of delivery which will hopefully help plan.

Can I sell your product branded in my cafe?
